Amal Clooney is a barrister from the United States and Lebanon, a human rights advocate and philanthropist. Her birth name is Amal Ramzi Amuddin. Following her graduation from the Oxford University School of Law she embarked on an extensive and successful profession in the field of human rights as well as international law. The most notable clients she has worked with are several nations, such as Armenia which is trying to convince the Turkish government to recognize the Armenian Genocide. Amal Clooney was engaged and was later was married to American star George Clooney, instantly making her one of the most famous names in the world of pop-culture.
